Two storey commercial building with truncated corner. Simple detailing including parapet, prominent cornice, rectangular double hung sash windows with label mouldings. Awning probably not original. Shops at street level have some alterations.
Building constructed in 1904 was partially demolished in 1929 to allow for the construction of the Red Cross House.
High level of integrity.
Medium level of authenticity as it has lost original detail at ground floor level but intact above.
