A good timber framed home with some treatments missing but overall an elegant contribution to the ^
street.
A medium sized square plan timber framed bungalow built by 1908 with symmetrical front elevation with
a pair of glazed front doors flanked by coupled double-hung sash windows in groupings of three. It has
a broken-back hipped roof and a wide verandah. The walls are framed and clad with Edwardian
weatherboarding [recently refurbished and possibly not original]
In 1908 a weatherboard cottage here was owned and occupied by Jane Paulig, widow.
Integrity, fair
Modifications re-roofed, later front door
