Statement of Significance

A good timber framed home with some treatments missing but overall an elegant contribution to the ^ street.

Physical Description

A medium sized square plan timber framed bungalow built by 1908 with symmetrical front elevation with a pair of glazed front doors flanked by coupled double-hung sash windows in groupings of three. It has a broken-back hipped roof and a wide verandah. The walls are framed and clad with Edwardian weatherboarding [recently refurbished and possibly not original]

History

In 1908 a weatherboard cottage here was owned and occupied by Jane Paulig, widow.
