Statement of Significance

The building is essential to maintain the character and scale of high st. It is an important component to the west end.

Physical Description

A two storey stucco stone commercial building with a balustrade parapet, a small colonade balcony at one end (Cliff St) and arched openings. The corner is truncated and above the entry is a triangular pediment.
