A cottage with much of its authenticity intact. It is one of nine houses in this street built before 1901.
A Victorian brick cottage with a half-timbered gable-fronted iron roof built prior to 1901. The walls of tuckpointed red brick have a string-course of cream render. French doors open onto the front verandah. The wooden posts are chamfered but decorated with old iron lace.
