Statement of Significance

Formerly Archer's home and poultry farm - first poultry farm in district - Lot 152 Lewis Rd. Significant as the first & most successful poultry farm in Wattle Grove, developed and run by a well-known pioneer family.

Physical Description

Orig. 4 rooms. Back verandah added. In 1929 loungeroom with bay window added to front. Poultry farm set up in 1926, facilities gradually developed.
