A simple and restrained post modern design that responds to the environment and location. It was built by James Christou for Bruce and Niesje Cooke.
A two storey house using elements of post modern architecture and Tuscan styling; the former is dominant. The simple plan is surrounded by deep terraces topped by solar design pergolas. The walls are made of cream rendered brick and joinery is in aluminium. The roof is flat other than the small cordova tiled roof to the north west corner.
