Statement of Significance

An example of the predominant.architecture in Cottesloe prior to WWI in a spacious setfing.

Physical Description

This Edwardian styled bungalow c 1915 faces north west across the block to the Seaview golfcourse and the sea. It has Marseilles style terracotta tiles, gabled roof and bay window. The turned verandah posts are embellished by fretted brackets and turned balusters. The verandah is cement on a random-coursed stonefaced limestone footing. The house has been stuccoed. It has a porthole window to the north and is only in fair condition.
