Statement of Significance

Property & buildings have significant social value as a Kalamunda landmark and institution for over 40 years. Arched building is a good example of Stan Costello's church architecture in the 1950s. Guest house 1923-1931 (Proctors), 1934 (Olive Rushton).

Physical Description

Group of buildings, with portions of original mud-brick dwelling incorporated in eastern (1948/50) wing. Believed to have been 7-bedrooms in size - walls demolished -doorways found during renovations. Brick additions from 1930s onwards.
