A fine example of a modest interwar house in good condition with importance as part of a coherent s streetscape/precinct.
Post 1936 rendered-masonry bungalow with a hipped and low jerkinhead gabled roof: one third width porch has a masonry balustrade and separate sunhoods over north facing windows. The windows are side-hung casements in groups of three with leadlighting. Gables are half-timbered.
