Part of a group of early Cottesloe houses and a positive contribution to the streetscape.
A symmetrically planned and elevated brick and iron house built before 1901 with a full-width front verandah. The front door is flanked by coupled double-hung sashes. Dense landscaping fills the front garden closing the house from the street.
In 1905 owned by Lawrence Griffiths contractor who owned a group of houses in the vicinity.
