Aesthetic significance as an example of a substantial post second world war home. Historic significance as evidence of increasing prosperity of the market garders in the City of Wanneroo following WWII.
Single storey brick house with visually prominent roof form. Red face brick to window sills, rendered above. Timber framed windows. Verandah to front elevation features rendered brick columns and decorative iron balustrades.
Post WWII consolidation of economic position of battlers is indicated by the construction of homes on properties which were purchased by former labourers and employees of pastoralists.
