Grand staircase, lift. Set in a formal garden of lawns, flower beds and shaped conifers. A large block of more than one lot. A high, wrought iron fence with a decorative, arched gateway fronts Wellington Street. Streetscape includes smaller houses, a reserve and the golf course.
