Statement of Significance

A good example of the California Bungalow style.

Physical Description

A bungalow deriving from the California type with roughcast rendered masonry walls set over rusticated coursed rubble foundations. The lower walls are tuckpointed brickwork and windows are side-hung casements. The roof is a hipped arrangement with gablets and the verandah roof is a sweeping gable with half timbering. The material on the roof, iron replaces tiles.
