The place is a robust example of the Californian Bungalow
style, modified by the upper storey and corner belvedere. It
also forms part of a grouping of cultural heritage places.

Physical Description

The residence is robustly designed in the Californian
Bungalow style, with extensive verandahs. The style of the
place has been modified with a heavy upper storey.
The original section of the place retains a moderate level of
integrity.

History

This place was subdivided from the original McNeil holding.
The place was developed during the InterWar period for Alan
Cooper.
