Statement of Significance

A clever use of Tuscan elements to achieve an interesting and complex aesthetic that adds charm to
Federal Street.

Physical Description

A duplex redevelopment, 1993, of a small suburban lot using a combination of single and double storey
elements all treated in a broadly Tuscan styling with modern features such as large fixed architraved
windows. The walls are made of a light terracotta rendered brick and the complex hipped roof covered in
cordova tiles.
