The church is brick and tile, of a traditional design with a spire and extensive use of stucco decoration on the facade. The presbytery is a two storey brick and tile structure with verandahs and balconies.
This place, while outside the city boundary, is representative of the development of the City of Subiaco, and was included in the 1995 Municipal Inventory. The Church was built in 1934 and the presbytery in 1937. The church was opened by Archbishop Clune, his last official ceremony before his death in 1935. A white Carrara marble alter was erected in 1964. Renovations occurred in 1984. (Ref: Town of Cambridge Municipal Heritage Inventory, June 1997.)
