Statement of Significance

One of Cottesloes earliest houses and part of a Curtin Avenue group.

Physical Description

A tuckpointed brick and iron roof cottage built before 1901 with a hipped and gable roof and double
hung sash windows, it is set on a rise and is partly obscured by a large tree in the road reserve. It has
been much modified.
