An elegant bungalow beautifully defined that is almost entirely intact. The grounds were once part of o
Chimuti.
Physical Description
A simple bungalow built in 1934 with an offset thrust verandah with wide sweeping front half-timbered
gable. The bottom thrust is face brickwork and the top two thirds is rendered, the roof is tiled. Small pane
casement windows are set in clusters of four jettied out from the wall plane.
