Statement of Significance

A fine example of a modest interwar house in good condition with importance as part of a coherent
streetscape/precinct.

Physical Description

Post 1936 rendered-masonry bungalow with a hipped tiled roof and a one-third-width porch. The
verandah extends into sunhoods over the northfacing windows. The original windows are leadlighted
side-hung casements. The rendering has incised strings with references to the moderne style. The
garage is integral.
