Brick and tile house built c.1930s.
Home of Mr David Bell, one of three Bell Bros. Came to Guildford during 1914-18 with his parents. Worked in the carrying business of horse and dray. Throughout depression and WWII his business grew with Government contracts for the air strip etc. Mr Bell later became Mayor of Guildford in 1954-59.
