A very good and well maintained example of the interwar bungalow that contributes to Loma Street.
A complex small plan composition with a gabled advancing bay flanked by re-entrant verandahs. The
house is made of tuck-pointed brickwork with Marseilles pattern tile roof that employs hips and gables.
Sills and lintels are stucco finished with small paned side-hung casement windows with sun-hoods over
exposed windows. Gables are half-timbered with roughcast render infill.
The original owner Henry John Revell was a bachelor who died from WWI wounds in 1929. He had built the house in 1924.
