This section appears to be the original building, a similar brick and window style having been used for the extension to the south. Brick quoining is used on the original section, the entry porch being enhanced by rendered masonry which extends above the roof line. There is a parapet wall to the south and the northwest corner has a verandah supported on timber posts. The rear windows are double hung with small panes. The rear doors also have small panes. The rear section is possibly used as a residence.
