The site has historic significance as the location of the Subiaco Railway Station, built in 1883.

STATION BUILDINGS INCLUDING SIGNAL BOX, SHELTER SHED, ISLAND PLATFORM, STATION MASTER'S RESIDENCE AND MAIN PLATFORM DEMOLISHED.
