The Agricultural Hall is significant in the district as a place representative of the agricultural community, competition and co-operation. The current occupants also reflect the community attitude of the agricultural district.
Brick and tile construction. The tapestry bricks form a feature entry of a series of stepped stack bond corners. The entry facade has a detail of vertically laid bricks. The clay tiled roof is also of a dark red and black toning. The hall is a plan of two pavilions, forming an "L" shape. The rear of the two pavilions has flush finish timber shutters in the place of windows.
Opened by Sir Charles Gairdner in 1953. The hall was built for the Agricultural Society to display exhibits in the Annual Shows. It was later also used for other community activities including the Police and Citizens Youth Club.
