Demonstrates development of the Quairading area, and a way of life.
The original homestead and associated buildings have been demolished. All that remains in a small stone building. The residence constructed in c1950s is built of concrete bricks with a tiled roof, the verandahs which surrounded three sides have since been enclosed on part of the front and one side.
In 1904 Septimus Burt and Jim Coombe, inspected the property, and subsequently in 1905 Coombe took up the selection. Coombe sold the property to Holly and Anderson who employed managers.
