Statement of Significance

A small weatherboard cottage with most features intact.

Physical Description

A timber cottage with a hipped brokenback roof timber walls straight posts no balustrade. Gable to the
south set amongst an old growth of trees with a verandah to the west and south a high wooden wall
and carport on boundary line make the house extremely private.

History

In 1899 ? Cadoux had a weatherboard here - Cottesloe Electricty Supply Co. Report. In 1905 lived in by George
Anderson, labourer. Owned by Mrs Anderson.
