intact - even the original carpets remain. It was designed by noted local architect C. L. E. Harrison who
undertook the renovation of the Hotel Cottesloe in the same year. The builder was well known local
builder W. E. Rosser. The house was his residence. Rosser was a major buijder in Cottesloe 169-171
Broome Street is another of his buildings.
