Statement of Significance
One of the few remnants remaining of a number of timber mills in the district. The mill was
important for timber production and to providing some employment and subsidiary income for the
owners - the Morgan family, local farmers and hoteliers.
Physical Description
Located on the south side of the Harvey/Quindanning Road about 0.5km west of the Darkan turnoff.
The remnants of the mill are approximately 0.5km from the road in an open paddock.
