Statement of Significance
Has relevance to visual environment of Cliff St and its retention is important for maintaining the scale and character of the street.
Physical Description
Typical two storey stone and brick stuccoed facade. Pattern and decoration is achieved by a series of arches. Lower floor facade features heavy shadow lines recessed into stone work. Upper level openings have stuccoed surrounds. A simple parapet features some heavy cornice ines. large warehouse complex with Cape Dutch influence in one section. Stone buildings in lane have stone quoins.
