Historic and aesthetic significance as a commercial building dating from the Inter-War period in Fremantle.
Two storey rendered and painted brick building with bracketed cornice on a simple parapet. The façade has two entrances and a driving entrance with Colorbond door on the right side. The windows have a keystone finish to the first floor. The ground floor has metal-framed windows, probably not original.
Currently (2002), Dillon Whitelaw & Associates, offices.
Good.
