Statement of Significance: Kingdom Hall (fmr) is a fine example of the Federation Free Classical style. Kingdom Hall (fmr) is in a prominent location and is an integral part of the Hannan Street streetscape. Kingdom Hall (fmr) is a modest example of Architect Talbot Hobbs design.
A single-storey building in the Federation Free Classical Style, featuring a balustraded and pedimented parapet. The facade is divided into three sections by four pilasters, each section contains a moulded arched opening with a prominent key stone.
In 1978, the place was used by the Jehovah's Witnesses.
