Statement of Significance

This is an excellent example of early 20th century local architecture. One of only a few “pre-grouped settlement” houses till surviving in the area.

Warmstone was built from both old and new timbers from Karridale and Hamelin Bay.

History

Warmstone was built from both old and new timbers from Karridale and Hamelin Bay. Tom Adams was the builder and it was built at the end of World War 1.
