Statement of Significance

It is an important part of the whole street which has survived from the hay day around the turn of the century, an important component of the West End.

Physical Description

The building is an asymmetrical two storeyed stuccoed commercial building. It is rich in floral ornamentation - pilasters with Corinthian capitals, pediment and tablature. It also has a balustrade ornament below the windows and a balustrade parapet.
