The building is significant on the following grounds: 1. Narrogin's second golf course, 1920s to 1970s 2. A major social venue for many years. 3. Used by military for training in World War II. 4. Clubhouse developed/restored by Apex Club as clubhouse in 1970s. 5. Used for a range of other purposes - NASHS, Clubs etc., in recent years. 6. Area used by Pony Club in recent years.
