The roof extends over the verandah, which is supported by replacement timber square posts and a replacement timber floor. There is an early date timber framed and batten lean to at the rear. The front fence is a late addition brick and iron fence. There is access to a rear battleaxe block. The following places form a significant group and contribute to the streetscape South Street; 75-77, 79, 80, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86,87, 88, 90, 91, 94, 98, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 109, 114, 140 & 142.
