Statement of Significance

An early home of elegant proportions that contributes positively to John Street.

Physical Description

"Jolimont" or "Craigneath", A symmetrically planned painted brick and iron cottage pre 1903, with a hipped main roof and lean-to verandah. It has a pannelled front door wilh stained glass side lights and is flanked by coupled double-hung sash windows. A fence has been added in recent years and the verandah framing replaced.
