The building is part of the mall precinct which has survived from the heyday around the turn of the century. Its presence is essential to maintain the character and scale of Fremantle.
A two storeyed commercial building made of painted brickwork which is now painted over. It has ornate pediment and pilaster decoration but the parapet is missing - turns at the corner at one end and contains an arcade.
