Statement of Significance

91 Bay View Terrace is a fine example of substantial double storey Federation Queen Anne architecture.

Physical Description

Double storey stone residence set back from the street in a landscaped garden. The face stone is detailed with brick quoins to corners and openings. The roof is hipped with an asymmetrical feature front gable. The double storey verandah has a hipped skillion Zincalume roof, supported by turned timber posts. The first floor has a vertical spaced timber balustrade.
