Granite sets in cambered formation laid in the right of way directly north and parallel to Bayley Street in the blocks between Hunt and Renou Streets, in the blocks bounded by Bayley and Sylvester Streets to the north and south of the right of way.
Ambitious urban development project, which demonstrated far sightedness and still functions as intended.
