House, 154 Holland Street is a single storey brick and tile house constructed as a simple variation of the Inter-War Californian Bungalow style of Architecture. The walls are red face brick. The roof is hipped and tile clad. The front verandah is under a continuous but different pitched tiled roof supported by steel poles on brick piers. The verandah has a wrought iron balustrade. The façade has a central entry door and timber framed sash windows. A chimney is evident. The place has no front boundary fence.
Lot 10, sub 10 was vacant in 1947.
