Physical Description

A double storey homestead with verandahs surrounds constructed from handmade bricks (?) with a corrugated iron roof. The homestead contains five bedrooms, banquet dining room, lounge room, kitchen, cellar, drawing room and sunroom, in a parkland garden with mature plantings including a large oak tree.

History

Lovely two-storey house built of local material by pioneer settler Thomas Little. Later home of the Venn family. Henry Venn became the Minister for Railways.
