Statement of Significance

This place was identified in the "Hilton Residential Development Policy and Urban Design Guidelines" prepared by the City of Fremantle, and adopted by Council on 19/9/1994.

Physical Description

typical 1950's house built on black granite foundations. Hipped roof with boxed eaves. Timber casement windows to underside of eaves. Porch under main roof (This material was compiled by historians under contract to the City Of Fremantle in 1996 and has not been adopted by Council)
