Statement of Significance

Townscape - architectural. The building is of environmental importance as part of the townscape of Fremantle.

Physical Description

2 storeyed stone ouse with a few alterations. One floor below street level. Jarrah staircase - original floorboards - 12 paned windows. The hosue is constructed of stone with a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof that carries over into a verandah with the lower floor being below the street level. The windows are 12 paned.
