25580 Claremont Crescent Heritage Area
Design as for No 47. Single storey painted brick. Hipped corrugated iron roof with half-timbered roughcast gable to the projecting half front and return hipped skillion verandah that extends across the front at break pitch. The verandah has a simple spaced vertical timber design. Tall face brick chimneys are square and have a panel of moulded stucco at the top with single clay pots.
