Aesthetic Value: The building remains mostly in it's original condition and makes a significant contribution to the streetscape being located on a corner. It is demonstrative of the style adopted by hotels in the 1930's. Social Value: It still operates as a hotel and as a meeting place for the local residents.
A two storey stone building located on the corner with a partly enclosed timber framed verandah and a low pitched hipped roof.
Extent of Original Fabric: Most Authenticity: Most of the original fabric remains intact and in it's original form.
