Statement of Significance

The building with its corner position and complementary relationship with its neighbour at number 18 is of streetscape significance.

Physical Description

A two storey rendered stone banking establishment, no used as offices. The building is without floral ornament and the only decorations are horizontal cornices (including a particularly striking dentil cornice), pediments above the window and a balustrade parapet.
