Statement of Significance

The site of the Naraling Post Office, Telephone Exchange and Shop has some local historic significance only for its role in providing much needed services to the community.

Physical Description

The building on this site was a simple timber framed and corrugated iron clad residence which operated as the local post office, telephone exchange and store. A storm damaged the building beyond repair and it was subsequently demolished. The concrete foundations remain to mark the site along with some aloe plants.
