WB White residence (fmr) is a fine example of Interwar bungalow architectural style and demonstrates associations with WB White.
Single storey masonry residence that addresses the corner location with a gable feature to each street frontage with a corner veranda under the main hipped roof. The face brick work features rendered banding.
William Benjamin White, (Weatherboard due to WB initials), grew up at Merkine Valley, northwest of Brookton town.
