The place represents associations with early commercial activity in Moora.
Smooth rendered parapet facade with central doorway flanked by a window each side. Behind the facade there is evidence of the gable corrugated iron roof and the brick chimney, to suggest the original place is still in situ.
The National Bank opened on this sire in 1905. In c1920 the bank built an office and residence which remains to the south of this site (Behind the facade). The bank closed in February 1943 when the banks had a rationalisation programme during the war.
